ABOUT US

Hi! We're Sarah and Alex May. We live in Denver and have owned rental property since 2007. We're both engineers by education and found we love property ownership, too.

In every real estate transaction, we're good at taking care of the details so you don't have to, and we strive to make every sale a great experience for everyone involved. In our free time, we both enjoy hiking, biking, tennis, and exploring the Colorado outdoors.

Alex and I (Sarah) enjoy being property owners and we enjoy helping other property owners when it's time for them to sell. With our engineering background, we can fix up any properties that need work, and Sarah's eye for design can make a property shine. We have an established team to manage our properties and make sure all the residents are taken good care of, too.

If you decide to sell to us,  we will make sure to provide excellent service, and we will NEVER charge you any fees. We are not real estate brokers that cost you tens of thousands in commissions. We also are not wholesalers or flippers who quickly sell your property to someone else.

We are the end buyer, and you'll be selling directly to us!
