We specialize in buying and operating multifamily properties and will buy properties from 2 units and up. We are looking to buy in the Denver metro area and in Colorado Springs. We also can help with any of these situations and more:

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK WHEN SELLING TO MAY MULTIFAMILY?

Because we are investors and not wholesalers or flippers, the process will look very similar to a typical real estate transaction.

After you contact us, we'll ask you some basic information about the property. Then, we'll come take a look at your property, and can make you an offer within hours.

If you like our offer, we'll draw up the contract, schedule an inspection of the property, and work with a title company to prepare the paperwork for closing. At closing, you collect your cash, title transfers to us, and we're done!
